Shipping

Your satisfaction is our top priority! That’s why we strive to make shipping and deliveries as fast and easy as possible. For Italy, we use GLS courier at a cost of 6.5 euros, with the option of cash on delivery for 14 euros, and there’s free shipping for orders over 100 euros. Our processing and handling times are a maximum of 1 to 2 days, and with GLS shipping you can expect delivery within 4 to 5 days.

For Europe, we use UPS with delivery times of 5 to 6 days. The cost of UPS shipping varies based on the destination location and does not include taxes and import fees. In addition, we offer size exchange within 15 days for orders shipped within Italy.

We also offer shipping to America and Asia, with delivery times of 7 days and variable costs based on the destination location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for both GLS and UPS shipments. This way, you can keep track of your package every step of the way.
